Daniel M. Baker

Daniel received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in 2008 from Western New England University, in Springfield Massachusetts. After his undergraduate studies, he received his Juris Doctor from Western New England University in 2011. During his undergraduate studies, he also spent a semester overseas in Canberra, Australia. While living in New England, Daniel worked as a personal injury and criminal defense attorney. He also worked as a public defender, representing indigent individuals, in Connecticut. Daniel has several years of litigation experience, both in civil and criminal courts. He has tried several cases, both civil and criminal cases to verdict while in Connecticut. He was nominated as a “Rising Stars” in New England for criminal defense in 2017 and 2018 by Super Lawyers. He is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and North Carolina. Daniel grew up in Connecticut but is excited to consider the Carolinas his new home. In his free time, Mr. Baker enjoys outdoor activities, such as playing golf, hiking, traveling and experiencing new places, and attending
sporting events with his fiancé. Daniel is a passionate sports fan who enjoys cheering on the New York Giants and Yankees and Charlotte Hornets.
